Hello :) So after not weighing in last week, and weighing in today – it appears I’ve only gained half a pound. I suspect it was maybe more in the first week, but as I behaved most of last week I probably dropped a pound or two !! ANYWAY I’m at 226lbs..grr!! Does anyone have any exercise suggestions for working on thighs, and back fat? lol i need to shift it. its the only places im not seeing a difference. Happy slimming xx
